First call for Papers and Posters
Please consider presenting a paper or poster at the 16th Biennial Southern Silvicultural Research Conference (BSSRC), including the special session, Southern Forest Science in Support of a Low Carbon Economy. Web page with conference details:

Concurrent session papers and posters can be on any aspect of silviculture.
- Multiple abstract submissions must be filed separately.
- Acceptance notices and final presentation agendas will be announced by August 13, 2010.
- Once accepted, presenters should register for the conference within 30 days to acknowledge their participation.
Proceedings: All oral presenters are required to submit a full paper which will be published in a conference proceedings, a General Technical Report (GTR) by the Southern Research Station. Poster presenters may choose to submit a complete paper, a one-page summary, or neither. Formatted papers for inclusion in the proceedings are due to the conference proceedings committee on March 1, 2011.
Deadline for abstract submissions is May 14, 2010, 5pm ET.
